Click the Sign In button on the homepage.
Enter the login details provided by your administrator.
Go to the My Access section and click on the logo(s) to access your resources.
Don't close the home page.
How do I fix Error 500?
If you encounter an Error 500, please click the logo(s) on the homepage again. Repeat this step until the correct page loads successfully.
How do I change access to get full text?
In most cases, multiple access options for a database are predefined. However, you may need to change your access settings while working with it. To do this, click the Reassign button located at the top of the page. On mobile devices, tap the + circle icon to access the reassignment feature.
How do I fix the "Maximum session" error?
You can use webproxy system on up to two devices simultaneously. If you see the "Maximum session" error, it means you've reached the device limit. The error will automatically disappear after one hour, allowing you to reconnect.
